We think that our local Government is to be given a vote of thanks for the actions taken against the Corona Virus (Covid-19) When carefully considered the results on our paradise Island must be one of the best in the world. Our of a population of 250,000 only 86 cases proved positive and that is 0.000344%, whilst deaths remain at 0 giving 0% result and the numbers in ICU remains at 1 giving a percentage of the population of 0.000004% These figures must be some of the best in the world and it is to be hoped that with the reduction of measures from the 4th May our Government will keep a very careful weather eye on the situation and promptly bring back more draconian measures early to offset any deterioration of the situation and thereby keeping the period of such measures to the minimum.
